재단횟수 계산 예시
목재 (사이즈 18mm*1220mm*2440mm) 1장에 필요부분이 A,B,C,D라고 가정했을때

총 컷수 : 6회 (처음컷 1회 + 추가컷 5회)
목재 (사이즈 18mm*1220mm*2440mm)의 두께가 13-24mm구간이므로
처음 컷(두께 13-24mm) : 3,000 * 1회 = 3,000원
추가 컷(두께 13-24mm) : 1,500 * 5회 = 7,500원
따라서 총재단비는 10,500(부과세별도)입니다.
단, 재단치수를 결정하때는
전단사이즈(목재의 직각 재단을 위해 잘라내는 부분-원장에서 5mm-10mm정도)와
톱날에 의해 없어지는 5mm를 더해서 계산하셔야 합니다.
즉, 길이가 2440mm인 목재를 길이로 3등분해서 자른다고 가정하면
813mm길이 3개가 아니라
806mm길이(최대) 3개가 됩니다.
이때 컷수는 첫컷 1 + 추가컷 2 =총 3컷이 됩니다.

재단비가 타사에 비해 더 비싼 이유가 있을가요? 타사는 30T 집성목 재단시 처음 2000원 추가 1500원
이던데요. 제가 18~20T 정도의 판재를 구입해서 열컷이상 재단할텐데 재단비가 생각보다 많이 드네요.
